TERMS OF SERVICEBy ordering work from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:GENERAL RULES
1. For personal use only (ex. profile pictures, banners) but not to be used for profit.2. I have permission to decline a commission if I feel it is out of my skillset/falls under subjects I will not do3. Do not use commissions to train AI4. I own all rights to the work. I am allowed to post/use work unless specifically requested otherwise!5. Listed prices are the base price. Please note that prices may increase depending on any asked for complexity/additional detail in the piece.PAYMENTS
1. Payments will be accepted through PayPal2. Payment after sketch is confirmed3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work proceeds.4. Client accepts that work on the piece will not proceed until payment has been received according to the above schedule.DELIVERY/DEADLINES
1. Delivery time will vary, but should not take over a month. I will provide updates, and feel free to message me with any concerns or questions on your commissions progress via Discord or Instagram!2. If you have a particular deadline please let me know beforehand! If the deadline is very short, the price may rise depending on complexity.3. I will send progress images of the sketch (as well as flat color if necessary), for you to approve/make revisions of the work. Once I complete coloring/shading I will send the piece for one final check for you to review.4. Once the piece has been finalized, if there are any drastic changes that had not been mentioned before, there will be an additional fee. Minor changes (like small details/color) will be accepted.5. Once the final work is accepted by you, I will email full resolution JPG/PNG files of the piece and watermarked versions for social media.6. No physical product will be deliveredCANCELLATIONS
1. I reserve every right to refuse or cancel any order2. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I have the full right to refuse any service to the client in the future.
